General

Is there cable television?

Yes, there is cable. Also, we have a DVD player and Apple TV, so if you have an Apple TV account you can use it during your stay.


Is there a telephone in the house?

Not at this time, but soon we will have a Vonage phone for your use.


Is there a washer and dryer on the premises?

Yes.


Are linens and towels provided?

Yes.


What is available in the kitchen?

There is a Liebherr refrigerator, a Bosch dishwasher and a Bosch stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishes and utensils. There is a also a full outdoor sink with grill, sink, beverage refrigerator, and ice maker.


Are there services available such as a personal chef, housekeeper, and massage therapist?

A housekeeper is included and a massage therapist and personal chef are available for an additional fee.


How far is it from the house to the beach club?

It’s about a 5 minute walk.


Payment

What happens if I cancel my reservation?

Each change that results in the issuance of a revised Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) may incur a $75.00 service charge.  In the case of a complete cancellation, Guest acknowledges that a refund of advanced rent monies (less a $200 service charge) requires a written notice of minimum ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. For cancellations made less than ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date, the entire Deposit shall be forfeited. For cancellations made within balance / full payment due period, all rent  shall be forfeited unless the Property can be re-booked, in which case Guest shall be charged a twenty five (25%) percent re-booking fee. Payments shall be forfeited for those dates that are not re-booked.


How are the payments set up?

At the time of booking, 50% of the full amount plus the security deposit is due with the remaining 50% due no later than 90 days before your arrival. If your reservation is made less than 90 days before your arrival, 100% of the full amount plus the security deposit is due immediately.


How much is the security deposit and when do I pay it?

The security deposit is $1500 and it is due when the reservation is made. The amount is refunded to you if the house is found to be in good condition after your stay.


How do I pay?

You can pay after booking a reservation through this website or by a wire transfer.


Requirements

When is check in and check out time?

Check in is at 2 p.m. and check out time is at 12 p.m. If the house is not occupied the day of your arrival, you may check in earlier upon request.


Can I smoke outside by the pool?

Yes, smoking is permitted outside the house as long as all cigarette butts are disposed of properly.


Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, pets are not allowed.


What is the maximum number of people allowed to stay in the home?

Eight people.

Can I rent this property for less than a week?

No, the minimum is one week.
